Angels Win Nail Biter-Stay Unbeaten
George Rodarte brilliant in an emergency start, giving up 6 runs (earned) in 6+ innings. Ryan Davis took over with nobody out an two on in the seventh and worked out of it, then worked a solid 8th and pitched a scoreless ninth despite walking two to start the inning, for the save. The Angels made the most of 7 hits off Joey Gennaro, the big blow a solo HR by Sia Shafa in the 7th that proved to be the difference.Hunt, Barrena, and Davis each had doubles and Vogel had 2 hits.
