Bucs Beat Pirates at Grant HS
In two hours and ten minutes, the Beachwood Canyon Bucs defeated the Fairfax Pirates in a beautiful baseball game. Defensive stars for the Bucs were Tim O'Leary and Nathan Ross, who both made highlight-reel catches in the outfield. Offensive star for the Bucs was Mario Herrera, who had a great at-bat in the bottom of the ninth frame that resulted in a walk-off RBI single.
Hats off to the Fairfax Pirates who played a very good game.
