Bandits Come From Behind to Snatch a Win

The Bandits struggled all day against a walking wounded Condor squad that never gave up and held the lead going into the 9th innings. Condor players were dropping like flies during the game due to injuries, but despite a patch work infield, they kept the Bandits in check. The Bandits finally went ahead 6 - 2 in the top of the 6th only to see the Condors come back with 3 in the bottom of the inning and two more in the 7th to take the lead. The bandits led off the 9th with a ground out and then Andy Schwindt doubled and was brought home by Darren Hubert's single to even the game. The Bandits went on to score 3 more and held on as Jerry Whittaker shut down the Condors in the bottom of the inning. Whitaker gets the win while Banditos John Scott, Kevin Bronson and Jeff Gould each had 2 hits on the day. Hubert had 3 hits on the day including a double.
