Errors and Walks doom Titans
Taylor continued its defensive struggles with 7 errors and Taylor pitching gave up 10 walks and 4 hit batters. Bailey Owens took the lost pitching 1/3 of an Inning. He gave up 6 runs in which all were earned. Caden Sullivan pitched 3 2/3 giving up 5 runs in which 3 were earned and Colby Devenport pitched 2 Innings without giving up a run and then was struck with 4 earned runs in the 7th.
The Titans had 3 hits. Peyton Kellerman was 2 for 3 with a Double and 2 RBI. Wynn Takacs had a RBI Double. Clay Brubaker had a Sacrifice Fly RBI.
The Titans return to action on Thursday against Logansport.
