Titans see hope of 3-Peat come to an end
The Taylor Titans saw their dream of being conference champions three years in a row came to an end with a 4 to 1 loss against Carroll. Taylor left a total of 15 runners on base as they left the bases loaded in the 1st, 3rd, and 7th AND two runners on base in the 2nd, 4th, and 5th. Taylor only had one inning where it went down 1-2-3 in order.
Wynn Takacs gave a great effort on the mound by going 5 strong innings. Wynn gave up 2 runs, both earned on 7 hits. He struck out a season high for Taylor pitchers of 9 batters.
Taylor only recorded 6 hits. Peyton Kellerman was 2 for 3 with a RBI which included a Double. Peyton Tracy, Mason Cheek, Caden Sullivan, and Jacob Isaacs each had Singles.
