Quinn Construction Slips By Port Vue

Port Vue may be playing their first season in the DNL with the league's youngest roster, but they come out fast by opening the scoring with a run in the first inning. The River Cats held that lead until the defending champion Quinn Construction squad plated a pair in the fourth frame. The score stayed that way until the Mudcats scored four times in their last at bat to make the final score in their favor of 4-1. Mike Huber lead the winners with a pair of hits. Eric link started for Quinn and pitched three hit less innings while walking one. Cory Ryan picked up the win by pitching four innings of scoreless relief. Ryan struck out five while walking one and allowing two hits.
