BJs Win Against Americans 16-2
Glory Days Blue Jays (3-0) defeated the Glory Days Americans 16-2 in 5 innings on a hot Sunday Night in Late July.
The BJs, sponsored by South Jersey Heat and Cool, were led offensively by Kyle "Doesn't Need Sleeves" Skoog. Kyle went 3-3 with 2-2B and 4-RBI. Tyler "Baseball" Hobbs, Mike Caputo, and Ryan Allen all had three runs scored a piece besides their hits. Jared "Wig" Anicic (2 hits), Brian Cottrell (1 hit, 3RBI), Marc "Skip" Caputo (RBI), Hiram Ortiz (RBI), Brandon "Hot Sauce" McTigue (1 hit, RBI), and Stephen "Blue Cheese" McTigue (1 hit, 2 Runs) added to the offense. On the hill, Blue Cheese battled hard to earn the win. He struck out 9 in four innings. Wig closed out the game for the undefeated Blue Jays.
