Longhorns Clip the Clippers 9-8
The Longhorns played catch up for most of the game, down 4-0, then 4-3, then 5-4 before they exploded for 5 runs in the 5th to take a 9-5 lead. after a rough 6th the Longhorns hung on for a 9-8 win to propel them to the Championship game.
Aedna Ynoa pitched 5 strong innings in relief giving up 1 run on 3 hits to secure the win for the Longhorns.
CC Calabro drove in 2 and Bryce Cutrone drove in 3 with a 300 foot HR to dead center field.
