Shakopee turns back Huskies
The Huskies made their first trip back to Shakopee since the 2018 state tournament on Tuesday night. The bats were rolling early as Hutch took a 6-2 lead. Jayden Fleck had 2 hits, including a double in the first inning. Jake Wendland, Marcus Hahn, Matt Piechowski and Kyle Schumann also collected doubles. The Indians offense got rolling in the 4th, scoring 5 runs and adding 3 more in the 5th. Sam Starke took the loss, going 4.1 innings.
