Huskies get Stung
The Huskies returned to League play on Sunday afternoon, but the bats went quiet and struggled to get out of the gate. Waverly took and 2-0 lead in the 3rd, but Jake Wendland homerun tied it at 2 in the 4th. The Stingers again scored twice in the 6th and took advantage of miscues in 9th adding 3 more. The loss moves the Huskies 1-1 in the Northstar League.
