Bulldogs hold off Huskies
The first battle of the dogs went Buffalo as they topped the Huskies 8-6. Each team traded 3 runs in the 1st inning. Buffalo added 3 more in the 4th and 2 in the 5th Huskies rallied late, but came up short in the 7th as the tying run was stopped at 2nd base. Jake Wendland had 2 hits and 4 RBI. Kyle Messner went 4 innings and took the loss.
