Vikings double up Colt 45s
The Vikings got on the board first, scoring 4 runs with only 1 hit in the first thanks to some generous pitching and defense by the Colt 45s. The Colt 45s cut the lead in half in the bottom of the first on a 2-run home run by Josh Knaub. The Vikings added another 4 runs in the second, this time with 5 singles and a walk. The Colt 45s mounted a rally in the bottom of the 4th, once again cutting the lead in half by scoring 3 runs, but they left the bases loaded and were down 8-5 after 4.
