had looked up pitchouts before this game and observed that #19 and #5 for Woodburn where ineligible to pitch. I had it on my lineup card notes to just make sure that we were following rules for both our teams. I had one player ineligible to pitch. I noticed during the second batter in the top of the 1st who the pitcher was and that he was ineligible., I brought this to the umpire and other coaches attention right away. The coach was confused on the rules(since after not having #19 pitch, he sent out #5 who had pitched less but still was ineligible) but the Woodburn junior coach who I believe one of there coordinators was there and we made sure they got it right and understood. So we had about a 15 minute delay in the game. He only pitched 6 pitches when we caught it and it was resolved correctly. So I don't there needs to be any more results from this
