Quinlan Pitches Complete Game On Birthday!
First Inning kicked off with a single by Bandits leadoff hitter Flint. Then mainstay stud Kyle Bolton gets hit by a pitch in the next at bat, which left runners on first and second with 0 out with heavy hitter DOYLE up to bat. Quinlan makes a great pitch to make the fellow Grimsby F45 companion DOYLE to hit into a Fielders Choice :0. New found Bandits 4 stick Rodriguez hits into another Fielders Choice but ensures the runner scores from third to give the Bandits the early lead.
Bottom of 1, Dodgers leadoff hitter Brando T hit a double to start off the Dodgers offence to which the Dodgers scored an eventual 4 in the bottom of the 1st.
Quinlan then decides to show his veteran attitude and elite mix of pitches to keep the Bandits offence muted for the rest of the game. Brando T, Seb Saucedo and Jordell all made great defensive plays throughout the game. Bandits players who deserve recognition include Rodriguez who had a great game behind the dish, Nick Mandic and Travis Flint who both went 2-3 on the night.
