Green (almost) comes back!!
Blue was looking defensive all night by only allowing 3 runs through 6 innings but then the wheels came off and they allowed 7 in the 7th, almost blowing an 8 run lead. Pitching was lights out by Derek as he recorded 3 swung on strike-outs including one that stopped the bleeding and ended the game. Langlois was perfect at (and behind) the plate. HR's courtesy of Guillaume on Green, a massive grand slam. Dag, a line drive over the fence. And finally JP who up until after the game thought it had only made it to the fence and not actually over it. After the dust settled, bats laid down, hands shaken, gloves thrown into bags, knee braces removed, and beers cracked...it was 8:29! Well done boys, another fun one in the books!!
