J.Blink remains undefeated!
Once again the Condors flourished with their manager out of town and someone actually competent at the helm. This time it was Joe Blink in his 1st shot at the hot seat in a Condor uniform. That said, great work on the mound by Cesar Gonzales in his return to the Condor blue. Lots of hitting on both sides, but 3 triples in a row on the turf by Chris Aitken, Dandy Martinez and Billy (5 hits, an HR short of the Cycle) Villiard.
Also props to Vic Acosta for navigating 2 innings on the bump, and Blink getting the last 3 outs. Never easy against that Gator lineup.
Btw, don't be surprised if the team passes the hat to send their manager on an extended cruise if Condor fortunes turn for the worse at any point in the next couple months.
