Ducks Hold Off 3 Rivers Barber Shop For 5th Straight Win

Aul Bat Company got the scoring going in the bottom of the first after 4 walks and 2 hits led to 3 runs. Three Rivers would scratch back 2 more in the 3rd and Aul Bat Company would add another on an error to put the game at 4 - 2 after 3. Three Rivers would tie the game in top of the 5th at 4 on 3 straight hits and a sacrifice fly, but the Ducks would once again respond with two of their own in the bottom half of the inning highlighted by a Thomas Medwig double and Casey Jones RBI single. Refusing to go away 3 Rivers once again tied the game at 6 in the top of the 6th on a two run home run by JJ Siemon. But Aul Bat Co. would score what would be the deciding run by a bases loaded walk by Chris Aul in the bottom of the 6th and shut the door in the 7th to take the game 7 - 6. Joe Aul also brought the offense going 3 - 3 with two runs scored, an RBI and stolen base.
