Aul Bat Company Comes Back To Top Mt Lebanon

Mt. Lebanon would get the scoring started in top of the first plating two on a throwing error and sacrifice fly. The Ducks though would respond with one of their own with a run in the bottom of the first off an RBI single by Nolan Hurd. Mt. Lebo would respond with two more with a double off the bat of Duke Gustin in top of the second to take a 4 - 1 lead. But in the bottom of the 4th Aul Bat Company would come storming back scoring 6 highlighted by and RBI single by Heath Mackulin and a 2 RBI double by Chris Aul to put the Ducks ahead 7 - 4. Aul would tack one more on in the 6th to lead 8 - 4. Lebo would score one in the 7th but the comeback would fall short 8 - 5. Chris Aul led the way at the plate going 1 - 2 with a HBP, walk and 3 RBIs. Joe Aul would also reach base 3 times with 3 walks and a run scored. Justin Wright scored two runs with a walk and HBP. The Ducks were led on the mound by head coach Patrick Aul going 4 innings in relief allowing no runs on two hits while striking out 3 picking up the win.
