Netto's Gets 1-Run Victory Behind Zach Karp Complete Game
In a low scoring affair, it would be Netto's that came out on top. Both starting pitchers, had very strong outings on the mound. The Bulldogs took the lead in the bottom of the third inning. The score remained 1-0 until the top of the 5th inning when Julio Rondon walked to start the inning. Ryan Ruffing then drove in Rondon with a double to right-center field, tying the game at 1-1. Ryan Tierney reached on an infield single that rolled between the pitcher's mound and shorstop, but there was an error on the throw after he reached safely, scoring Zach Karp and making the game 2-1 Netto's.
