Ethan’s Big Day Propels Red Sox - Coach Jason Past Gans

Ethan G drove in four runs on four hits to lead Red Sox - Coach Jason past Gansett Dodgers 13-10 on Wednesday at Fitchburg. Ethan G singled in the second scoring two, singled in the fourth scoring one, and singled in the fifth scoring one.
Both offenses were strong at the plate as Red Sox - Coach Jason collected 10 hits and Gansett Dodgers seven in the high-scoring affair.
Gansett Dodgers got on the board in the top of the first inning after Henry Herk singled to right field, and Bryce O’Malley walked, each scoring one run.
Gansett Dodgers added one run in the second. Emmett Desmond singled down the left field line, making the score 3-1.
Red Sox - Coach Jason captured the lead, 5-3, in the bottom of the second when Izrael Copeland grounded out, scoring one run, Ethan G singled, scoring two runs, and a wild pitch scored one run.
Gansett Dodgers flipped the game on its head in the top of the fourth, scoring six runs on three hits to take the lead, 9-5. The biggest blow in the inning was a double by Henry Herk that drove in two.
Red Sox - Coach Jason flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the fifth, scoring six runs on four hits to take the lead, 13-10. The biggest blow in the inning was a single by Azuri Copeland that drove in one.
Benjamin Morse began the game for Red Sox - Coach Jason. The righty gave up three hits and three runs (two earned) over three innings, striking out five and walking five. Jayden B led things off on the mound for Gansett Dodgers. The pitcher allowed four hits and five runs over three innings, striking out four and walking one. Ethan G and Izrael Copeland each appeared in relief for Red Sox - Coach Jason.
