Rebels Beat Outlaws Behind Korey Patterson Gem
Korey Patterson pitched five and two-thirds innings of no-hit ball and got plenty of offensive support as the Pittsburgh Rebels beat the Pittsburgh Outlaws Saturday at Purkey Field. Making his first start of the season, Patterson had a perfect game through four innings and had a no-hitter until back-to-back doubles by Cam Pies and Brian Lavolsi broke up the no-hitter and shutout. The Rebels had built up a big lead thanks to a two run home run by Adam Milecki in a 3-run first inning. Patterson added a pair of RBI's while Nicky Dolan, Dave Boehme and Chris Lee had two hits each for the Rebels.
