Bacon pull out tough W with clutch free throws
The Bacon's playoff dreams were on the line in this one and the team played with the intensity and urgency to stay alive. The Bacon erupted early and led by double digits on several occasions as the Knights missed a lot of tide changing shots. The Bacon got hit from deep while the Knights were shakey from deep besides Tom Bremme who hit 6 3's to get the Knights back into it. In the 2nd half the Knights made a big rally late to cut down the 13 point deficit and make it a game. The Knights couldn't hit the extra shots late and the Bacon would hit 3 big free throws to turn a 3 point lead into a 6 point lead where they would hold on and stay alive in their biggest game of the season.
