Clippers do enough to earn W
The Clippers were able to finally breathe a sigh of relief as the team gelled and clicked and overcame stints of ugly offense to get a comfortable win that finally did not come down to the final minutes The Colonels had moments of good flashes as Mike Blank hit his stride at one point and Mason hit a few 3s in a row but the team couldn't put together enough for 40 minutes to make it a game late. The Clippers fastbreak offense racked up points in the later part of 2nd half to turn a somewhat close came into a double digit lead that the team would cling to to preserve the W. The Colonels go a 2nd week without a win and the team might be making moves going into the next week, while the Clippers got a morale boost as they know they were just a few plays away from being undefeated to this point.
