Slime holds on the championship hopes with OT win
A fatigued Slime prevails to tie the series up 1-1. Putnam seemed to have the game in the bag, due to Tim Bennett's unintentional technical with only a couple minuted remaining. Putnam couldn't take advantage as they missed some free throws down the stretch. Lloyd Johnson was clutch for Slime. He scored a game high 34 points while contributing to the comeback. In OT Slime continued to attack as momentum was still on their side. Putnam had no answer and struggled to score. Slime eventually held on to the win and stretched the series to a final game 3.
