Most Hated Fires on All Cylinders in Win Over The Bay Most Hated delivered a complete team performance on Sunday at Court 3, pulling away from The Bay for a 66-46 victory. With five players scoring in double figures and a tenacious defensive effort, Most Hated showed why they're a team to watch this season. Jah Likai King once again led the way, pouring in 21 points with a pair of three-pointers and securing 5 rebounds. His scoring presence gave Most Hated a steady offensive foundation. Marquis Patterson added 17 points, including three triples, and brought energy on both ends, while Dashawn Moody filled the stat sheet with 10 points, 4 offensive rebounds, and 2 steals. Ernest Elliott chipped in with 13 points and 2 steals of his own, attacking the rim and converting crucial buckets. Sorin Eckert added 5 points and grabbed 6 rebounds, quietly doing the dirty work to help control the paint. As a team, Most Hated played tough defense, collecting 6 steals and winning the battle on the glass with 26 total rebounds, including 9 on the offensive end. The Bay showed grit and effort despite the final score. Travis Duck led the team with 13 points, hitting three from beyond the arc and playing active defense with 2 steals and a block. Angel Soto matched him from distance with 3 threes of his own, finishing with 12 points and a block. Alberto Florez scored 12 as well, contributing on the boards with 5 rebounds and knocking down 2 triples. DJ Bowens and Amari Gandy added hustle plays on the glass, while Rhyan Smith gave a spark with 4 points inside. The Bay showed flashes of strong shooting, hitting 9 threes as a team, but Most Hated's balanced scoring and control of the boards proved too much. Both teams left the court with highlights and performances to build on for the next round of action.
