We Work On That Puts on Offensive Showcase in Statement In one of the highest-scoring performances of the season, We Work On That delivered a dominant display on Court 3 with a 101-51 victory over The Bay. From the opening tip, the squad came out firing on all cylinders, putting up 52 points in the first half and never looking back. Kevin Stein was electric from the outside, scoring a game-high 24 points while connecting on five three-pointers. His shooting created major problems for the defense and opened up the court for his teammates. Darius Boben added 20 points of his own with a smooth blend of inside finishes and perimeter range, also draining two triples. Romeo Aquino played a strong game in the paint, dropping 16 points and swatting away two shots to anchor the defense. Josh Gattling contributed 15 points and added hustle on the offensive boards, while Zayne Watson filled the stat sheet with 14 points, 2 threes, a steal, a block, and 2 assists. The team moved the ball well and had contributions from nearly every player on the roster. Despite the tough loss, The Bay had standout efforts of their own. Alberto Florez led the way with 18 points, showing touch around the rim and converting at the free-throw line. DJ Bowens scored 11 points, hitting from deep and playing with energy on both ends. Travis Duck added 10 points, knocking down two threes and showing confidence from long range. Rhyan Smith chipped in 10 points as well, giving The Bay a trio of double-digit scorers. While the result was lopsided, both teams showed flashes of individual brilliance. We Work On That continues to build momentum with one of the most well-rounded offensive attacks in the league, while The Bay will look to bounce back and build on the efforts of their key contributors.
