Top-seeded Lapwai boys shut out Butte County of Arco, Idaho in the opening quarter en route to a 68-42 victory in the Idaho Class 1A Division I semifinals at Vallivue High School in Caldwell on Friday. The Wildcats (24-2) were led by powerhouse Kase Wynott with 32 points and 18 rebounds, while Christopher Bohnee had a big game of his own with 14 points and 13 boards. Lapwai will look to avenge a defeat from last year?s title game today as it takes on Lakeside at 10:30 a.m. Pacific in the Ford Idaho Center.
