This season, however, I think it is better to remember all those things for which we should be thankful beyond the soccer field. First, we are graced at having Russ rejoin all of us on the sidelines after his illness for our Spring Premier season - after an amazing recovery, Russ, it just would not have been the same without you. We are all proud that we were able to look after the team and your family while you were away. Next, we are thankful that Alyssa's surgery was successful and all the injuries we had along the way as a team will heal in due time. Third, we were graced to have shared the friendship of Larry Gambino who would have cheered for you all no matter the results. Finally, I thank all of you and your families for your friendship and support during this season. |

You all showed great character coming back several times in the match. Hard work and strong pressure until the final whistle nearly earned the team a regulation tie and a shot in overtime. Giving your best from the opening to the closing whistle is a great reminder from this game. |
