| Phil DiWilliams September 12, 2011 10:32:45 AM Entry ID: 1912577 | Varsity had a nice come from behind win on fri night, down 7-0 at half time, the team immediately took over the game at the start of the 2nd half, scoring on thier first 2 possessions, with the offensive line doing a great job to allow the running backs the opportunity to gallop thru the huge holes. Play calling was perfect, the QB managed the game nicely, and the defense played great all night stopping Mt Carmel and thier running attack led by bruising fullback Joe Dumond, the defense gave up one td and it was on a halfback pass that seemed to be a blown coverage, all in all a great win, Lets keep it up, and go for win #2 on sat |
