Coaches and Volunteer Background Check
Prospective HSA Board members, Coaching Candidates and volunteers will complete Page 3 of this policy titled, “HSA Background Check Authorization” and return to an HSA Board Member,
a minimum of 5 days PRIOR to the beginning of practices, or e-mail information to HSABackgroundCheck@gmail.com.
*** Coaching Candidates and volunteers are defined as any adult, over the age of 18, that will be present on the field or gym during any organized practice, game, or other HSA sponsored event.***
