2010 L.I. CHAPTER TUITION ASSISTANCE AWARD APPLICATIONS
The Long Island Chapter, Knights of Columbus will award (5) awards to students attending a Catholic High School in the fall of 2010. Each award will consist of a one-time payment of $1000.00.
The winners of the award will be selected at a random drawing of all the applications received. Four of the awards (2 boys and 2 girls) will go to a child, grandchild, brother, sister, or legal ward of a Knight of Columbus, Columbiette, or Ladies Auxiliary in good standing, living or deceased. The remaining award winner need not be affiliated with the Knights of Columbus, but must be a Catholic and a resident of Kings or Queens County. If an award recipient is also a winner of other scholarship money, the Long Island Chapter will award a sum that, combined with all the others, is not to exceed the cost of tuition.
