Roster Form CSV
Must stay in a csv file. All columns must be filled out. List all players and coaches on your teams' rosters. List of divisions: LLIG, LLG, LLIB, LLB, JRB, SRB. Before submitting rosters make sure all players are from your elementary school district.
Background Volunteer Coaches Application
All coaches must fill out a background form to be eligible to coach a team in the Davidson County Sports League.- Bullying, Hazing and Inappropriate Behavior
All coaches are required to turn in an ABUSE AND TRAINING CERIFICATE. This is a "FREE" course. Coaches are to submit a copy of their certificate to their program director once completed.
