Please read and sign the Covid 19 Rules and hand it to your coach. We recommend everyone bring their own helmet marked with your players name on it. Please note you are playing at your own risk. The park district or the league are not liable for Covid 19. Thank you!

ALL parents / guardians will have to sign the Parent - code - of - conduct. Please print out, read, sign and turn into your coach.
