This is the only approved form to be used on Game Day at league weigh-ins. Download this form, add your player information then make multiple copies of your completed roster. That way you will always have a correct roster and no problems at weigh-ins.

This is the official roster form for use on "Fee Night".

Code of Conduct for all league affiliated coaches and Board Members.

MSYFL Coaching Log
Input your communities coaches and board members information and have completed electronic copy and hard signed paper copy to turn in to MSYFL Secretary.
