Organizations use this form to register each of their teams into the league. Complete all information per the example. Teams without a name will be listed as Organization & Managers Name (exmp. HYSL Blanton). - Team Roster Form
Each organization must submit a roster for all teams before they are allowed to play. A player whose name is not listed on the roster is ineligible to play. - Field Availability Form
