The State of Maryland is one of few with specific conditions for an athlete to return to their sport following a concussion.

Provided by NFHS. Perry Hall Rec Cheerleading is bound by published safety rules from this organization.

All cheerleaders need this form completed & on file with their coach. This must be updated annually.
