Urbana Recreation Council National Background Check Request Link
At least once per calendar year all coaches (head or assistant and volunteers who will be in personal contact with youth) are required to submit at the time of registration a National background check request and pass before their first practice of the season or personal contact with youth. Additionally each sports season a Maryland case search will be conducted and must be passed. Thank you.
