Keystone Youth Football & Cheerleading

It is time to sign up for the 2017 season!

Flag Football 1st  – 2^nd Grade Boys (for the 2017-2018 school year) - $85

Flag Football 3rd – 4th Grade Boys (for the 2017-2018 school year) - $85

JV Cheer 1^st – 3^rd Grade Girls (for the 2017-2018 school year) - $140

Varsity Cheer 4^th – 6^th Grade Girls (for the 2017-2018 school year) - $140

Tackle Football 3^rd  – 4^th Grade Boys (for the 2017-2018 school year) - $155

Tackle Football 5^th – 6^th Grade Boys (for the 2017-2018 school year) - $155

We will be using a payment plan this year if needed- we will accept post-dated checks (you can write up to 5 postdated checks to pay for your athletes. Speak to a board member if you have any questions.)  Checks, credit cards, and cash will be accepted at sign-ups.

Saturday, May 20, 2017 from 10:00am - 2:00pm

@ Lagrange Community Park new building(at the back of the park)

IMPORTANT!  Bring your tackle player or cheerleader with you on 5/6 and 5/20.

He/she needs to be fitted to equipment/ uniforms at sign-up time.

Cheerleaders must provide a photograph with their paperwork.

Tackle players must provide: 1. a photograph  2. a birth certificate 3.  a copy of their report card showing the school name & grade 4. current physical forms.
