ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL

May 8, 2011

This is a reminder to ALL teams!!

There is to be ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL on ANY diamond, and there is no smoking on School Diamonds.

Last week Beer Cans were left in a garbage can at one of our diamonds. Chatham-Kent Municipality has gave a warning of the incident.

If this happens again the next result could be the loss of diamond use to our league. If you see any cans or glass bottles at the diamond please pick them up and take them home. We can't afford to lose any of our diamonds.

If your team or any member of your team is caught drinking on any diamond it could result in the offending player or the entire team being removed from the league for the rest of season.

This could also result in your team being banned from ALL SPN/SPO Sanctioned Events. Teams are not covered for insurance if they are drinking during the game.

If you have any questions or concerns please give league president Tim Dauphin a call.

I would also like all team reps to reply to me that they have read this over.

Thank you
