Desarrollo de habilidades de baloncesto, mentoría positiva, formación de equipo. ¡Todos los partidos se transmiten en vivo! Se mantienen las estadísticas y se envían a la prensa local. Partidos semanales. Tiros de 3 y 5 puntos. El equipo local pone su música de calentamiento favorita. Se entregan los premios a los jugadores en un banquete de baloncesto.

Ambas ligas se celebrarán de diciembre de 2025 a febrero de 2026. Todos los partidos comenzarán en diciembre de 2025.

Girls will compete/play in the Cabrillo League. League will run December 2025 - February 2026. All games will start December 2025. Championship Awards To All 1st Place Teams Per Divisions

 Mission Statement

Court Kings Basketball Academy will provide a safe, friendly and exciting environment that will promote self-discipline and fundamentals of being a student athlete. Students will learn to develop a core foundation for work ethics in basketball which can be applied to everyday life.

Court Kings Basketball Academy will give opportunity for youth of all ages, starting from 8 years of age through high school to participate in the training curriculum. The curriculum will help our youth in the community learn teamwork and true sportsmanship. Our goal is to provide a strong platform for all youth to succeed in sports, academics and life beyond college.

Training Sessions

• Training sessions will be held at minimum of 2 days per week, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • 2 hours will be dedicated to basketball fundamental training consisting of drills and scrimmages. 

PRACTICE/TRAINING SESSION AGENDA

• Defensive Skills- Communication, Ready Stance, Point Stance, Stick Stance, Step Slide, Swing, Deny Stance, Pistols Stance, Closeouts, Post Defense, Cover Downs, Rebounding, Taking the Charge.
• Team Defensive Concepts- Line Concept, Line of Ball Concept, Stepping Up and Helping, Deny Stance, On the Ball Screens, Off the Ball Screens, Transition Defense, Full Court Man Rules, Run & Jump Rules, Zone & Zone Trap, Full Court Press & Half Court Press.
• Offensive Skills- Communication, Passing, Catching, Dribbling, Jump Stop, Lay-Ups, Shooting, Rebounding and Outlet, Pitching Ahead, Filling Lanes, Finishing the Break, Secondary Break, Into Offense From the Break, Pass & Cut, Spacing, Read Line, Dribble At "Penetration Dribble", Motion, 5 Out, 4 Out 1 In, Zone Offense, Out of Bounds Plays.
