The annual membership meeting of this association shall be held on the Second Sunday of January each and every year except if such day is a legal holiday.
Board meetings of this association will be held on a "as needed basis" to conduct its business at various locations and dates set by the Board of Directors and announced to all board members at least one week in advance of said meeting either by phone or in person and will not be open to the public.
Regular membership (parents and coaches) meetings of this association shall be held at various locations and dates set by the Board of Directors. Those meetings will be announced in the local paper and on this site, two weeks in advance.
