Gold Coast Pop Warner Proudly Welcomes the Weston Warriors! The Weston Warriors Youth Tackle Football & Cheer Program was formed in 1996 as a founding member of the American Youth Football League (AYFL). The Weston Warriors Board of Directors feel that the Pop Warner Program as a whole is a natural fit for the Weston community. They are also excited about the chance to have the children compete at Disney World for a true National Championship!

Congratulations to our 2016 Gold Coast Pop Warner Champions....
Our first season is in the books and what a year it was!
We crowned our conference champions back in Late October and watched as our Pompano Chiefs Varsity Football Team competed at the Pop Warner National Championships. We also witnessed three of our cheer & dance teams advance to the National Championships where our North Pompano Steelers Jr. Varsity girls took 3rd in the nation...WOW!!!
Our Pompano Eagles 85lb Jr. Mitey Mites and Pompano Cowboys 100lb Mitey Mites defeated the Greater Miami Champions in the Miami Dolphins Classic to be crowned Champions of South Florida!

West Boca Jaguars Join Gold Coast Pop Warner!
After spending the past several years as a member of the Orange Bowl Alliance, the West Boca Jaguars (formerly known as the Dragons) voted unanimously to join Pop Warner and to become a member of the Gold Coast Pop Warner Conference. Association President, Todd Deering, says that he believes operating under the Pop Warner umbrella brings with it a high level of credibility, organization and stability that will allow the kids to reach their fullest potential as young athletes and he is very excited to announce the move to his parent members.

Pop Warner National Officially Approves Broward County Charter!
Recognizing the growth of Pop Warner in Broward County and the increasing desire of local associations to participate in America's largest youth football and cheer organization, Pop Warner National has officially issued a charter to Gold Coast Pop Warner, Inc. thus allowing Greater Broward County together with South Palm Beach County to break away from the Miami league to form it's own league.
This is an exciting time for Broward County Youth Football & Cheer. Many local programs are showing increased interest in participating in an organized league that compete's at the highest level with a full 10-round coast-to-coast post season Football Tournament and Cheer Competition where true National Champions are crowned in each level at Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, FL.
