The Ladies Lacrosse League is committed to promoting a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all players, coaches, officials, and spectators. To ensure the integrity of the game, all participants must adhere to the following Code of Conduct:
1. Sportsmanship
-All players, coaches, and spectators must demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times.
-Win or lose, all participants must show respect and courtesy toward teammates, opponents, and officials.
-Unsportsmanlike behaviour, including taunting or inappropriate language, will not be tolerated.
-Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.
-Repeat or serious offenses will be reviewed by League Board Members, and appropriate action will be taken.
2. Respect for Referees and Officials
-Referees and league officials are to be treated with respect at all times.
-Players, coaches, and spectators must not challenge or argue with referees during or after a game.
-Any concerns regarding officiating should be addressed through proper league channels after the game.
3. Non-Contact Sport with Incidental Contact
-The Ladies Lacrosse League is a non-contact sport, and intentional physical contact is strictly prohibited.
-While incidental contact may occur, players must always make an effort to avoid dangerous or aggressive play.
-Any deliberate body checking, slashing, or dangerous play will result in penalties and potential disciplinary action.
By participating in the Ladies Lacrosse League, all players, captains, co-captains and spectators agree to abide by this Code of Conduct and uphold the values of respect, fairness, and sportsmanship in every game. By registering for the Ladies Lacrosse League, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy.

Refund Policy
The Ladies Lacrosse League operates under a No Refund Policy for registration fees or any other payments made to the league.
Exceptions
In rare and extenuating circumstances, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of the League Board Members. These exceptions may include, but are not limited to:
-Medical conditions or injuries that prevent participation (doctor’s note required).
-League cancellation.
-Other unforeseen hardships deemed valid by the board.
Request Process
If a participant believes they qualify for an exception, they must submit a formal written request to the League Board, detailing the reason for the request and providing any necessary documentation. The board will review the request and provide a decision within 14 days. The board’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.

Jersey Replacement Policy
To maintain uniformity and fairness in the Ladies Lacrosse League, all players are responsible for their assigned jerseys. If a jersey is lost, the player must pay a replacement fee of $20 to cover the cost of a new one.
Replacement Fee Policy:
-If a player loses their jersey, they must notify the league immediately and pay the replacement fee within 14 days.
-The replacement fee is $20, payable via e-transfer.
Non-Payment Consequences:
-Failure to pay the replacement fee within the specified timeframe will result in a suspension from all league activities until the fee is paid.
-If a player refuses to pay, they will be banned from the league indefinitely and will not be eligible to participate in future seasons.
