Punk Rope is a combination of boot camp and recess.  This class is a fun alternative to those that want something a little different in their group fitness class experience.  High ceilings are needed to provide room for the jump ropes.

Our HIIT classes are a combination of cardio and strength building using body weight.  This class is an intense workout, but we will offer modifications.  As with any class, we  will remind individual participants to work at a level of intensity appropriate for them. 

We can hold classes for your group at a location of your choice just one time, or can set up a series of classes.  Reasonable pricing based on time, frequency, length of class, and number of attendees.
