Officer's Duties:
1. President
a). All correspondence, and additional league information should be
written and distributed.
b). Responsible for scheduling three coaches meetings, with an assigned
agenda, throughout the season:
1. Pre-season play
2. Mid season
3. Close out season
c). Responsible for resolving all team conflicts.
d). Responsible for resolving all individuals conflicts.
e). Responsible for resolving all game conflicts.
f). Responsible for resolving all rules discrepancies.
g). Responsible for receiving, and sanctioning all game scores for the
regular season play.
h). Responsible for reporting all pertinent league information to the
Web Master so they can update the league website.

2. Vice-President
a). Responsible for setup, and definition of the league Playoff's.
b). Responsible for creating, and maintaining the regular season play
schedule.
c). Responsible for reporting all pertinent league information to the
Web Master so they can update the league website.

3. Treasurer/Secretary
a). Responsible for keeping an organized, and accurate tab of all
monies going into and coming out of the league bank account.
b). Responsible for reporting that information to the Web Master so
they can update the league website.
c). Responsible for reporting all accounts receivable, and accounts
payables to the President.
d). Schedule all fields with the Marlboro Recreation Department, prior
to the softball season start.
e). Keep and maintain all field permits (Make them accessible to all
coaches in-case they are question on the day of a game.

4. Web Master
a). Build league website.
b). Maintain league web site.
c). Receive information from the coaches of each team, and add that
information in its apropiate place on the league website.
