Richard Goulet

Richard R. Goulet

In Loving Memory

November 20, 1947 - May 24, 2021

In the spring of 2021 Marshwood football lost its greatest supporter. Richard Goulet was an active member of the football boosters for many years. During his time with the boosters, he served as both President and Vice-President. As director of football, he took care of equipment, was instrumental in fundraising, and will always be remembered for his "colorful" pre-game speeches. Richard worked in the football program for 43 years and was the only coach to work with every head coach in Marshwood football history. The Southwestern Board of officials honored Richard with the "Crozier Award" for his selflessness & dedication to youth involved in football. Nobody exemplified "Hawk Pride" more than Richard Goulet. He will be forever missed by players, coaches, and staff.
