A message from our President

May 2, 2018

MPWFA stands for Mesquite Pee Wee Football Association. We are located and play all of our games in Mesquite, TX. The MPWFA is one of the oldest and largest pee wee football and drill team organizations in the world. We are made up of 15 different organizations. Each organization within the MPWFA is made up of four football teams ranging in ages from 4 to 12 years old, and four drill teams with ages ranging from 4 to 13 years old. Most seasons for football depending upon organization consist of about two pre-season games, eight to ten regular season games, then the post season consist of two playoff games and a city championship game. Throughout the season the Drill teams work to learn a dance/drill routine that they perform at the half-time of each football game. At the end of the season the Drill teams compete in a Zone Competition at Memorial Stadium. The winners at this competition will compete at City Competition. The MPWFA has become a long standing tradition for the families of Mesquite, as many have been apart of it for generations.
