About Our Program

The New Jersey Basketball Club was formed and founded this past Fall by Donald DeLeo Jr. a coach at Monroe Sports Center. The New Jersey Blue Devils goals are to offer high quality basketball to the players of Central New Jersey and help them reach their goals on and off the court. 

The New Jersey Blue Devils will aim to help players in Central New Jersey, specifically players from Middlesex County, Mercer County, and Burlington County reach their full potential and play at the next level. 

Just in this past fall and upcoming winter, the New Jersey Blue Devils have teams at the 4th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, & 11th grade levels. We will be looking to add more teams at every age group this spring to compete at the AAU level throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Our team will be based out fo Monroe Sports Center in Monroe Township, NJ. 

About Our Program Director 

Donald DeLeo Jr. founded the New Jersey Blue Devils Basketball Club in 2017. Coach DeLeo comes with a very extensive basketball resume already at a young age. Coach DeLeo's coaching background includes coaching at various levels (rec,travel, grammar, high school, & AAU). 

Coach DeLeo is the former Head Boys Basketball Coach at Maple Shade School (2015-2017). Coach DeLeo has been coaching in the AAU ranks for the 8 summers, starting with the SJ Jazz, NJ Soldiers, & SJ Select. Coach DeLeo is a licensed USA Basketball Coach. Coach DeLeo enjoyed a fine playing career before picking up coaching, he was a 4-year player at D3 Penn State Abington College (2010-2014) and 4-Year Varsity player at Wildwood High (2-final years of high school) and Wildwood Catholic High School (1st two years of high school). Coach DeLeo has already in his young coaching career sent over 30 players to play in college at all levels (Juco, Division 3, Division 2, & Division 1).
