10- Josh Short
Reasons: Coming in at number 10 on the top 10 players of 2024, we got Josh Short of the Titans. Short was the Titans top arm, pitching 5.1 innings with a perfect 2-0 record, tallying 6 K’s and only issuing 3 walks. With the stick, he hit to a .429 batting average, a .500 OBP, and an OPS of .929. In game 1 of the Vultures series, he pitched a 1 hit shutout, striking out 1 and walking one to lead his team to a 2-0 victory in a series they’d later win.
9- Mason Mastowski
Reasons: Coming in at number 9 we have Mason Mastowski of the Hooters. Mastowski hit for a .429 batting average this year, with a .467 OBP and an OPS of 1.038. Although he only made one pitching appearance this year, he made it plenty worth it, pitching the first perfect game in league history against the Thrashers.
8- Brandon Pitts
Reasons: At number 8 on the list is Brandon Pitts of the Vultures. Pitts was taken with the 3rd to last pack in the 2024 draft, and he greatly exceeded his draft value. He hit to a .500 average, good enough for the 3rd best in the league, and a 1.333 OPS which placed 4th best in the league. He also played good defense, with a .857 fielding percentage and 6 putouts.
7- Joey Crimboli
Reasons: At number 7, we have Joey Crimboli of the Titans. Crimboli had the second most hits in the league (14) while batting .483 with a 1.310 OPS, 3 doubles, 2 triples, and a homer. In the field, he made 8 putouts, tied for 3rd most in the league, with a .800 fielding percentage. He struggled on the mound this year, with a league leading 10 walks. He threw a good game against the Hawks, allowing 2 hits, 1 earned run, striking out 3 and walking 3. In that same series, he went 8/9 with 4 RBI’s, leading his team to a series win.
6- Joey Razza
Reasons: Joey Razza of the Vultures comes in at number 6 on our list. Razza had solid numbers with the stick in 2024, as he hit to a .375 batting average, .474 OBP, and an OPS of 1.099. He also accumulated 4 RBI’s and 2 triples. However, the mound is where he truly showed out this year, as he pitched to a 1.43 ERA, striking out 4 and walking 0. He also allowed the 2nd lowest BAA in the league, as he held opponent hitters to a .368 batting average. Oddly enough, his 2 best hitting games of the year where identical in stat line, as in both games he went 2-3 with a single, a triple, and 2 RBI’s. He also managed to pick up a pitching win in both of those games. He also tied for the league lead in putouts with 11, with a .786 fielding percentage.
5- Max Dlugos
Reasons: Coming in at number 5, we got Max Dlugos of the Titans. Dlugos had a great year at the plate, hitting his way to the second best batting average in the league with a .520. He did all of this while switch hitting, and he even had 2 of his biggest hits of the year happen from his weak side of the plate (solo homer vs Thrashers, Game 3 series winning walk off vs Vultures). He tied for the 2nd most RBI’s in the league with 13, had the 3rd most hits with 13, the 3rd best OPS with a 1.556, and he tied for the lead in triples with 4. Even though he didn’t pitch much, he still provided a huge inning in Game 3 of the Vultures series, coming in to the game in relief putting up a crucial zero spot that allowed him and his team to walk it off in the bottom of the inning. He also provided a solid glove in the field, as he tied for 3rd most putouts with 8 while maintaining an .800 fielding percentage.
4- Preston Anderson
Reasons: At number 4 is Preston Anderson of the Thrashers. Anderson hit for good power numbers this year, as he slugged 1.040 with a 1.646 OPS, which both placed him 2nd in the league. He also tied for the most XBH in the league, with 8 (3 doubles, 4 triples, 1 homer), while batting .480 with the second highest OBP in the league at .606. He also excelled on the mound, pitching to a 2.69 ERA with 8 K’s and 3 walks. In game 1 of the Hawks series, he pitched a 1 hit gem, striking out 4 and walking none in 2 innings. He also had a good game at the plate, going 2-4 with a double and a triple, driving in 5 runs while also walking 3 times.
3- Anderson Varchetti
Reasons: Starting the top 3, we got Anderson Varchetti of the Hooters. Varchetti was once again a top pitcher in 2024, pitching to a 0.67 ERA, striking out 9 and walking 2, on the way to an undefeated 3-0 record. He was also good at the plate, as he hit to a .471 batting average, with a 1.206 OPS, racking up 6 RBI’s and hitting 1 homer. His one homer came in a clutch situation, helping his team walk off the Vultures, taking game 1 of a series which they’d end up taking 2-1.
2-Casey Rupert
Reasons: At number 2 is Casey Rupert of the Thrashers. Rupert was dominant on the mound this year, pitching to a league best 0.33 ERA, striking out 9 and walking only 1. He also allowed the lowest BAA in the league, as opponent hitters only hit .321 against him. He was also a good bat, hitting .478 with 3 doubles and a homer, raking up a 1.295 OPS with a league leading 14 RBI’s. He threw back to back 2 hit shutouts against the Titans and Hawks, striking out 4 and 3 respectively, while allowing 0 walks. In both of those games, he also went a combined 5/8 with 2 doubles, a homer, and 7 RBI’s.

He tied for the lead league in XBH (4 doubles, 3 triples, 1 homer) while finishing in a tie for 2nd in RBI’s with 13. He was also a top defender in the league, leading the league with a .923 fielding percentage while tying for the most putouts with 11. He had his best offensive performance of the season in Game 1 of the Hawks series, going 5-6 with 2 doubles, a triple, and 5 RBI’s, reaching base in 6 of his 7 plate appearances.
