Our league is a USA Softball league for girls 6 to 17 of all skill level.

Age bracket eligibility depends on the age your child is by Jan 1, 2025. 
We pick teams draft style after players are assessed for skill.

To be drafted to a team, your account must be complete with payment and birth certificate submitted.

Please note that the schedule and more information will not be out until after teams are picked.

IMPORTANT: All birth certificates must be uploaded to the Google doc link sent to your email with registration confirmation after registration even if you have played with us before. Updates and changes prevent us from keeping copies.

COACHES MEETING: Feb 19th @6 at our snackbar

ASSESSMENTS: MARCH 1, 2025 at Redwood Acres (see graphic below for time frames).

DRAFTS: MARCH 4th-6th. 8U March 4 @6pm, 16U @7pm at the snackbar
                                             11U March 5 @6pm also at the snackbar

FIELD DAY: MARCH 9th, start time 10am. Coaches to pick up keys and gear bags. For time, please see BAND.

JERSEY PICK UP: TBA 

SEASON OPEN and Jamboree: MARCH 29, 2025 Pictures will also take place this day

SEASON END: JUNE 7, 2025

Your player will need:
Cleats, bat, pants and helmet with face cage. (face cage is manditory on helmet).

Jersey is provided, sponsored by COAST CENTRAL CREDIT UNION.
Practices are all at our home fields at Washington School in Eureka 2, to 3 days a week, anywhere from 4 to 630pm.

Games will be during the week and Saturdays. Schedules will be available and posted close to season open.
All skill levels are welcome. JV players, after being released from High School teams, when their seaosn is over, can come and play the rest of our season with us, to continue skill building, sponsored by the Leah Darlington Scholarship. In her memory, no JV player will pay for registration. 

ALL COACHES MUST HAVE THEIR ACE TRAINING/BACKGROUND COMPLETED BEFORE ASSESSMENTS ON MARCH 2ND 2024 
The first step to complete for any coach who is attempting to become educated using the ACE Online System is a profile lookup. If you are an existing coach who is coming to the site to complete another level of education your profile should be located and you should be able to continue from the position that you left off. For example if John Doe has completed ACE Levels 1 and 2 in an ACE Clinic through his State or Metro association, when he looks up his profile the system will recognize this and make ACE Level 3 available for purchase and completion. Coaches can get their member ID number from an ID card produced through RegisterUSASoftball.com. SAFESPORT is manditory to to start the ACE training. Once your background check is pending.You can begin your safe sport while you wait.

For the system to properly find your coaches profile, you must enter your information (i.e. member ID, first name, last name and date of birth). If you are a previously registered coach and the system does not find your profile properly, DO NOT create a new profile. Instead, contact the ACE Administrator at the USA Softball National Office. The administrator's contact information can be located on the ACE Website under the Contact USA tab.

The cost for ACE Education is as follows: $29.00 for Level 1; $28:00 for all other levels. MANDATORY BACKGROUND CHECK CAN BE BUNDLED ONCE YOU ARE LOGGED IN. If you have never registered with USA Softball you will need to create a new profile before you begin the ACE education program.
